Replacement Warranty

At Hartfelt Creations, we take pride in the quality of our handmade watch bands and bracelets. We offer a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase for all our watch bands and bracelets.

If you experience any issues with your product within that year, please reach out to us at hartfeltcreationsny@gmail.com or through our contact page. We’ll be happy to provide a free replacement.

Please note: This warranty covers normal use and manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To request a return:

• Contact us at hartfeltcreationsny@gmail.com or through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Include your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
